30 Day Jayne Mansfield Challenge Day 10 Reason For Loving Jayne
Well here is my own little story of how Jayne came into my life. I first knew who Jayne Mansfield was when I was a child and read an article in a magazine on Jayne. At that point in my life my big loves where tv shows like Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Angel and Charmed. So my love for Jayne did not go full blown right then and there but that was the very first spark. Because from then on , I never forgot who she was and how beautiful she was. My full blown adoration for Jayne began years later, when I was about a year into collecting Marilyn Monroe. Jayne would often be mentioned in a lot of the Monroe books I read and I got very curious about Jayne and her life story so I went and ordered my very first Jayne Mansfield book (May Mann's book) and by the time I had finished it I was ordering more and more Jayne Mansfield books. I was hooked. But moving along, my reason for loving Jayne is plain and simple. She was a hugely fascinating person. She created a very successful career for herself, married three times, had five children, spoke foreign languages, played musical instruments, she was a strong, dedicated and caring woman. She was a high profile actress who maintained all this at once. When her career hit the skids she did what was in her power to keep her name well known, to please her fans and to support her family. She was very underestimated. She accomplished so much in her short lifetime. So much more than so many people ever could do. There is no one like Jayne Mansfield, there never was before and there certainly has not been anyone like her since. To top off all those amazing attributes. She was so insanely beautiful. I could never get over her beauty, or the sound of her voice. I will forever be watching her movies, looking at her photos and listening to her songs. There is an essence of pure beauty within Jayne Mansfield that really draws me in and I just can't explain it. She truly does have a place in my heart.
