Julien's will be holding another Jayne Mansfield auction in the near future. The dress was specially made for Jayne by one of her favorite designers Emeson's Studio City.
unfortunately, I really dont think its the real deal. It's from May Mann, and I asked for the measurements of the dress and they came back 34-28-34. Ya think Jayne could fit in a 34 bust?
Hmm you have a good point there Frank. I didn't realise it came from May, it doesn't really say much in the description. Also I was wondering why the estimate prices are so low. May has been a little bit of a fibber in the past. She probably didn't even own anything that belonged to Jayne, perhaps just gifts Jayne gave her. Do you know if she's still alive today?
